At SŚAINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed cellophane packaging and securely place it inside a shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item for its original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
